2025 Trip Details

2025 Cost & Payment

Number of Golfers: First 40 to put their deposit down.
Duration: 4 nights (with the option for a 5th night) at the Luxury Golf Villas and Homes @ Smoky Mountain Country Club.
Accommodations: Villas 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 19, 21, 24, the Skyview Home, and Par 5 House.
Check-In:
Date: Wednesday, May 14th, 2025
Check-Out: Either May 18th or 19th, 2025
Location: 1112 Conley’s Creek Rd, Whittier, NC
Contact: (828) 497-7622. The office will contact you on the day of check-in to provide any additional information.

May 18 - Smoky Mountain Country Club

2025 Cost & Payment

Total Cost: $899 per person (includes all accommodations, golf, taxes, and fees)
Deposit: A deposit of at least $200 per person ($8000 total) is due August 15, 2024. The balance is due 30 days before check-in (April 14, 2025).
Group Benefit: For large groups, SMCC provides a buffet breakfast for the trip.
Extra Night Option: If anyone would like to spend an extra night (Sunday, May 18th), there is an additional charge of $70 per person.
Payment Methods: Payment can be made with AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa using our secure payment system.
Reservation Name: The Group Name is "Hughes"
